Shipping InformationAll of our products are made to order so it will take 7 to 10 business days from the time you place the order to the time it goes in the mail regardless of the shipping speed you choose.
We can occasionally push orders ahead of others and get them in the mail sooner, so if you need faster processing please get in touch with us to make arrangements K-nine Couture is not responsible for your package once it has been confirmed by tracking that it was delivered. If you are concerned about delivery to your address and would like to add insurance or signature upon delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will upgrade your shipping accordingly. |
US Orders |
We use USPS for all of our shipping and can ship your order via economical first class mail or faster Priority or Express for an additional fee. Tracking is available on all packages and insurance or signature confirmation can be added for an additional charge.

International Orders

We use USPS for all of our shipping and can ship your order via economical first class mail or faster Priority or Express for an additional fee. Package insurance is included with all International shipping.
Once K-nine Couture mails the package, we have no control over when it will be delivered. When package leaves the United States it is turned over to the LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE; therefore there is no tracking information available between this time and when delivery is confirmed. The company that we insure with considers a package “lost in the mail” after 45 days (60 days for Italy, 120 days for Brazil); after which point a claim can be filed and a replacement order sent out or refund applied. K-nine Couture is not responsible for any VAT (value added tax) by Customs on overseas shipping. This may occur in some countries. |
