Returns/Refunds:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but because we are a small, independent crafter, we do not keep a stock on hand. Our products are custom made to order, especially for your special pet(s), so we are not able to issue refunds if you order the wrong size or width for your dog.

If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our sizing instructions or our size chart before placing your order.  On each collar order page, there is also a space to enter your dog's neck measurement and/or primary breed.  Since we custom make each collar, we can design a size specifically around your dog's measurement, and if we have any questions about the width you have chosen,  we will contact you before we fill the order.   As always, feel free to contact us with any questions that you have about sizing - we are happy to help you find the perfect fit!  

We take great pride in the construction of our products, and guarantee all of our stitching. If you find that your collar or leash is defective, we will of course fix or replace it at our expense. If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please e-mail us at info@kninecouture.com, or call us at (206) 297-6149 and we will be happy to make it right.

Order Cancellations:

If you place an order by accident, or change your mind after you have submitted an order, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we do not start making your collar/leash/harness.  If you submitted payment via Paypal we will return your money through them.  If you payed via credit card we will void the transaction - please note that it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
